Tulsa Regional Tourism's Annual Meeting returns to Arvest Convention Center's Tulsa Ballroom on September 15.

Renewed for another season... It's So Late, It's Early! Live and (barely) awake, it's the Tulsa Regional Tourism Annual Meeting.

Come celebrate and roll the credits on an incredible FY 25/26 with the Tulsa Regional Tourism team at It's So Late, It's Early—a late-night-inspired breakfast show celebrating big wins, tourism stars and Tulsa's momentum.

Just like last year, It’s So Late, It’s Early will be a tourism spin on the great late-night TV shows of the past—complete with a live audience, house band, special guests and a few surprises along the way.

And yes, there will be coffee.

Parking Information

Attending an event at Arvest Convention Center is an exciting experience. To fully enjoy your event experience, arrive early and consider the various transportation and parking options available.

Parking is available to purchase prior to most Arvest Convention Center events by using our partner ParkWhiz.
