Arvest Convention Center has 12-bay loading docks at Pepsi Exhibit Hall, a direct load-in area to the Tulsa Ballroom, and a dedicated loading ramp to the Grand Hall making load-in and load-out easy. The venue also offers in-house security, box office, dock marshals, technical services, bars, concessions, and catering by OVG Hospitality.
