Only painter’s tape or other approved adhesives may be applied to hard surfaces at Arvest Convention Center. Unapproved adhesives (gaff, carpet tape, vinyl, etc) must have painter’s tape beneath.

Pepsi Exhibit Hall Docks
The Pepsi Exhibit Hall loading dock entrance is at the northeast corner of Houston Avenue and 7th Street. There are 12 angled loading bays and three ramps. The dock exit is right turn only.

Tulsa Ballroom Loading Area 
The Tulsa Ballroom street level loading area is on Houston Avenue, halfway between 3rd Street and 7th Street. 

Grand Hall Loading Areas 
The Grand Hall loading area can be accessed by the ramp on the east side of Arvest Convention Center, where Frisco Avenue and 4th Street converge. Street level loading and unloading can be accessed from Civic Center.

Please note, there is a 150 PSF load limit at the ramp loading area and 100 PSF load limit at the street level loading area.

Vendors wishing to hand out food or beverage samples must submit a completed food sampling form to OVG Hospitality no later than 10 business days prior to loading in. 

Arvest Convention Center is not responsible for vendor truck parking. If vendor parking is not designated by the event organizer, it is the vendor’s responsibility to locate off-site parking. Blue-colored parking spaces are always reserved for Arvest Convention Center employees. 

Utilities for vendor booths (e.g. electricity, internet, water, and minimal furniture when not provided by the decorator) can be purchased through the exhibitor store here. 

**Use of any lifts must be coordinated through the event organizer prior to moving in** 

All vendors and their set ups must adhere to fire code. Arvest Convention Center’s event staff and Fire Marshal will be conducting walkthroughs during load in and event hours.

To ensure the safety of attendees, the following are limited to load in times only and will not be permitted while event attendees are in the Exhibit Hall: opening large roll-up doors, certain electrical drops, and the use of any lifts. 

Arvest Convention Center has 24/7 building security. Additional security services can be arranged through the event organizer.

A vehicle waiver form must be completed and countersigned by an Arvest Convention Center representative to display any vehicles inside the building. Dependent on event insurance coverage. Please see the Vehicle Display waiver for specific regulations.
