Arvest Convention Center is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all guests. The venue features accessible entrances, restrooms, doors, and multiple elevators. As each event may have specific needs, we encourage guests to contact us in advance at 918.894.4350 so we can ensure a seamless experience.

Pets and animals are not permitted inside Arvest Convention Center, with the exception of service animals specifically trained to assist individuals with disabilities, as defined by the ADA.

For all ticketed events, each guest may bring:

• One clear bag not exceeding 12″ x 6″ x 12″, or

• One clear one-gallon plastic bag, and

• One small personal item (e.g., clutch or purse) not exceeding 5″ x 8″

Bags exceeding these dimensions will not be permitted. All bags are subject to search, and guests will pass through metal detectors upon entry.

Pepsi Exhibit Hall Docks
The Pepsi Exhibit Hall loading dock entrance is at the northeast corner of Houston Avenue and 7th Street. There are 12 angled loading bays and three ramps. The dock exit is right turn only.

Tulsa Ballroom Loading Area 
The Tulsa Ballroom street level loading area is on Houston Avenue, halfway between 3rd Street and 7th Street. 

Grand Hall Loading Areas 
The Grand Hall loading area can be accessed by the ramp on the east side of Arvest Convention Center, where Frisco Avenue and 4th Street converge. Street level loading and unloading can be accessed from Civic Center.

Please note, there is a 150 PSF load limit at the ramp loading area and 100 PSF load limit at the street level loading area.

If you misplace an item while visiting, submit a report via our partner, Boomerang, in under a minute. If your item is found, Boomerang will assist in returning it.

• Found items are securely stored for 60 days before being donated or discarded.

• During events, please contact any staff member for assistance or submit a report via Boomerang.

While Arvest Convention Center does not operate on-site parking, walkable parking is available nearby.

• The Civic Center Parkade, managed by American Parking, is adjacent to the venue.

• On-street metered parking is available via the Park Mobile app.

• Rates for private lots vary.

General Events:

• Alcohol, drugs, or drug paraphernalia

• Firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind

• Outside food or beverages

• Fireworks

• Cans, bottles, coolers, or similar containers

• Any item deemed unsafe by venue management

Ticketed Events (in addition to above):

• Professional cameras, audio/video recording devices, tripods

• iPads/tablets

• Laser pointers

• Selfie sticks

• Noisemakers (e.g., air horns)

• Flags/signs with poles

• Large non-clear bags or purses

• Non-collapsible umbrellas or those with pointed tips

• Empty reusable water bottles

All guests are subject to security screening including metal detectors and bag checks.

Designated pick-up and drop-off areas for rideshare services are located:

• At the valet zone near the Tulsa Ballroom (3rd & Houston)

• At the East Entrance off Frisco (100 Civic Center)

Arvest Convention Center is a certified Sensory Inclusive™ venue, in partnership with KultureCity®. Sensory bags and resources are available for guests with sensory needs.
